Very professional, friendly staff. We brought in our Tropitone sling chairs. The work for three chairs took perhaps 5 weeks. The quality of work was exceptional. The NW staff helped load them in our SUV at pickup too! However, I would recommend re-slinging only with pricey chairs. The cost was north of $200/chair with a premium fabric. This did save trashing expensive chairs, so that is good. We've only had very positive experiences at NW Metalcraft and we recommend them highly. Easy location south of downtown Arlington Heights too.

Really happy with our gas log conversion and door install. Our salesperson, Shane, was a great help with the decision process and focused on our priorities. I wasn't upsold or pressured to escalate the project like other FP stores so it was very easy to go with NWMC. Been a long time customer and will continue to be. The install was great as well. Ron was very knowledgeable and shared some tips for using the system. We hadn't been using the wood FP at all because of mess etc. We have already used the new version a couple of times and just love it. Wish we would have done this long ago!

Ordered a fireplace mantle thru NW Metalcraft and everything went smoothly. Were slightly more expensive than another store who was nearby but NW could do the install where the other did not. Installer did a great job. Highly recommended and would consider using for other projects.

The brickwork and mantle look exceptional, and You wouldn’t believe the fireplace came with the house as opposed to being added on. It is a direct vent unit. We could not be happier. Highly recommend.
