At Northewest Metalcraft, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible service. Our goal is to provide you with
a stress-free experience and if you have any questions or concerns, our customer service team is always available to assist you.

Northwest metalcraft Store Policies:

  • 50% deposit required on all special orders
  • 50% deposit forfeited if order is cancelled after 48 hours
  • No returns allowed unless accompanied by an invoice within 5 days
  • Merchandise returned must be unused and in original packaging
  • All returns are subject to approval
  • Glass doors are non-returnable
  • Sale items are non-returnable
  • No returns are accepted on special order merchandise
  • Under no circumstances will Northwest Metalcraft give cash refunds
  • A 2% service charge per month will be assessed on accounts past due plus any and all legal fees incurred
  • All labor guaranteed for 90 days
