WARRANTY

THE WARRANTY PROCESS

STEP 1 - FILL OUT THE FORM

Fill out the form and email the requested pictures of the product to warehouse@nwmetalcraft.com

If you have moved or have changed your phone number since your last purchase, please let us know to assist us in looking up your account with us.

STEP 2 - WAIT FOR AN EMAIL

Within 72 hours, you will be included on emails with the manufacturer to provide you the most updated information on your warranty claim.

The manufacturer will reply with warranty confirmation or denial and the lead time for receiving the replacement product. To note, most warranty claims are approved.

STEP 3 - SCHEDULE DELIVERY, PICKUP, OR SHIPPING

Once the warranty replacement for your product arrives, you will be immediately notified.

Product replacements are free of charge. A delivery charge or shipping fee may apply to your warranty claim.

RESLING

Please bring your furniture to our showroom or warehouse to be measured.

DO NOT disassemble your furniture! It makes it very difficult to accurately measure and resling.

If your furniture is from Winston, Tropitone, or Homecrest, slings from the original manufacturer can also be specially ordered. Please ask a sales associate for more details.

Lead times for sling special orders are typically 6-8 weeks + 1 week for assembly/installation.
