SPECIAL ORDERS (NON-INVENTORY)

Editing your order after the manufacturer has started the shipping process is subject to approval and may result in you having to pay the shipping fee or forfeiting all or a partial amount of your 50% deposit. This is due to the fact that we cannot easily sell unique product that we don’t normally stock or advertise as having. If the manufacturer hasn’t started the shipping process yet, you will not be charged for the shipping fee. If you want to edit your special order, it is important you let us know ASAP for the reasons listed above.

Your 50% deposit is forfeited if your special order is cancelled after the manufacturer has started the shipping process. This is due to the fact that we cannot easily sell unique product that we don’t normally stock or advertise as having. If the manufacturer hasn’t started the shipping process yet, your 50% deposit will be refunded to you after canceling your order. If you want to cancel your special order, it is important you let us know ASAP for the reasons listed above.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

SPECIAL ORDERS (NON-INVENTORY)

Returns are allowed within the first 5 days of receiving your product. Afterwards, returns are subject to approval and will only be redeemable for store credit or exchanges of goods at equal or lesser value.

Original Packaging: Merchandise that was provided in its original packaging should be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Glass fireplace doors, special order items, and items sold at our ‘Warehouse Tent Sale’ are non-returnable.

Cash Refunds: Under no circumstances will Northwest Metalcraft give cash refunds

Product Pickup: If you need us to pick up the product you are returning, you will be responsible for an additional delivery charge.
